The Dodgeville School District Board of Education voted April 13, 2020 to permanently close the Ridgeway Elementary School at the end of this school year. The Village of Ridgeway would like to thank the staff for their service and offer its sincere understanding to the families affected by the closure.
The Village is offering to purchase the Ridgeway Elementary School building and property from the Dodgeville School District. The large space offers ample opportunities for a community center, village hall, office space, and much more. The Village Plan Commission and Board of Trustees would like to hear from you regarding the potential uses of the space. Please share your thoughts via the brief survey link below – it should only take a minute or two. As always, please feel free to contact the village with any additional comments, questions, or concerns. Hard copies/paper copies of the survey will be sent with the May Utility Bills (sent out May 29th, 2020).
