This period is particularly important for property owners who believe the market value of their property differs from the assessed value and have information to share with the assessor.

The Assessor will be available on Monday, May 17 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Ridgeway Community Center, Room 101/102 with the 2021 Assessment Roll, instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law.

Next Steps:

At the conclusion of open book, if your opinion of value still differs from the assessment, you may file a formal written objection. This must be filed with the Village Clerk by May 21, 2021 at 4:30 pm. Please contact the office at 608-924-5881 with any questions.
